- It is the responsibility of the submitter to make sure the submission form is filled out completely and submitted by the deadline.
- Please contact the event organizers directly if you are unable to meet submission deadlines and need to request an extension.
The role of CATALYST® Technical Support is to assist with any technical issues in CATALYST® preventing you from completing your own submission.
- In some cases, the technical issue is not with CATALYST® but with your computer or network configuration. If we determine the problem is not a CATALYST® issue, Support's ability to troubleshoot is very limited. You may need to work with your IT department or a computer professional on your end to fix the issue.
- Support cannot assume responsibility for your submission, and does not have authority to fill out submission forms on your behalf or extend deadlines.
